These terms govern your use of LocalSeen, the AI visibility tracking service available at localseen.ai. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. Questions: hello@localseen.ai.

The service

LocalSeen measures how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Google AI results) mention and recommend local businesses, and provides scores, comparisons and improvement suggestions based on those measurements.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may only add businesses you own, manage, or are authorised to analyse (for example as their agency).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• abuse, overload or attempt to circumvent rate limits on the service or free tools,
• scrape, resell or redistribute the service without written permission,
• use the service for anything unlawful or to harm third parties.

Plans and billing

Free features are provided as-is with usage limits. Paid plans, prices and features are described on the pricing page and may change with notice. Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, which handles billing, tax collection and remittance on our behalf. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

About AI-generated results

AI answers are probabilistic: the same question can produce different answers at different times. Scores and recommendations are informed estimates based on repeated sampling, not guarantees. We do not control the AI engines we measure, and we cannot guarantee that following our recommendations will change how any AI system describes your business.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalSeen is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using LocalSeen and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
